Ashley Rodriguez, LPC

Ashley provides counseling in English and Spanish for children, teens, and adults. She supports clients navigating anxiety, family stress, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and emotions that can feel difficult to understand or manage.

Her approach is warm, grounded, and responsive to each person’s age, experiences, and needs. She blends CBT, trauma-informed strategies, play therapy, and emotion-focused approaches to help clients express themselves and develop ways of handling challenges.

Ashley brings respect for cultural differences and family experiences to her work. She offers a welcoming space for clients and families seeking bilingual care where they can feel understood and speak in the language most comfortable for them.

Jasmine Porche-Ware, LMFT-Associate

Jasmine works with individuals, couples, and families who want to understand themselves and their relationships more clearly. She provides trauma-informed care with a particular commitment to supporting BIPOC clients in a space where their identities and experiences are respected.

Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and shaped around each client’s needs. She helps clients recognize relational patterns, work through difficult conversations, and build stronger emotional connections. With couples, she draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method principles. Her broader work includes CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and individual EMDR when appropriate.

Jasmine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate, a certified Cognitive Processing Therapy provider through the State of Texas, and a certified sex therapist.

Maria Ramirez, LPC

Maria provides counseling in English and Spanish with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s culture, identity, and lived experience. She supports people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, family relationships, cultural adjustment, and questions about who they are and where they belong.

She also works with clients who feel pressure to hold everything together—whether that shows up as perfectionism, self-criticism, imposter syndrome, or difficulty making room for their own needs. Her work includes support for migratory grief and the emotional challenges that can come with building a life in a new place.

Maria’s integrative approach draws from family systems, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapies. She offers individual EMDR when it fits a client’s needs, along with in-person counseling and secure online therapy across Texas.
