Dr. Monique Rahman is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a professor of Professional Counseling at the University of Houston-Victoria. She graduated from Texas A&M University’s Honors Psychology program with a minor in Neuroscience, earned her graduate degree in Counselor Education with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston–Victoria and completed her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at St. Mary’s University, specializing in play therapy.
